RTX’s Digital Technology - Programs & Infrastructure Operations Excellence team is seeking a lead for data-driven insights across infrastructure transformation. The role blends analytics with executive reporting to guide budgeting and planning in a complex, matrixed environment.

Hybrid role requiring coordination across multiple US locations, with a focus on delivering actionable dashboards, executive-ready presentations, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize operations and spend.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including KPI tracking, variance analysis, and financial acumen related to budgeting and operational performance.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and matrixed teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and data streams.
• Ability to interpret complex operational information and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
• U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and financial data, conduct variance analysis, and provide clear insights for leaders.
• Monitor KPIs such as expense budgets, capital budgets, staffing/headcount, CIP, and labor budgets to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop executive-ready reports and presentations for leadership reviews.
• Coordinate and manage data calls, serving as the central point of contact for data collection across teams.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Support strategic and operational planning processes, including LRP, workforce planning, AOP, EAC Updates and Business Operations driven initiatives, while identifying operational risks and recommending mitigation actions.
