Job summary

RTX is seeking a Logistics Transformation Data Manager to lead data analytics initiatives in the logistics domain. The role focuses on transforming data processes into scalable platforms and driving enterprise-wide analytics adoption for improved efficiency.

The candidate should have expertise in BI tools (Power BI, SAP), programming (SQL, Python), and analytics leadership. This onsite role requires US citizenship and security clearance readiness.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• An Advanced Degree in a related field is also acceptable.
• Experience with data governance, business intelligence (BI) solutions, predictive analytics, and/or statistical modeling.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for logistics data transformation initiatives to align with enterprise goals.
• Drive adoption of advanced analytics, automation, and digital tools to optimize logistics performance.
• Oversee transformation of legacy data processes into scalable, technology-driven platforms.
• Establish and enforce data governance, ensuring data accuracy, security, and consistency.
• Utilize Power BI, SAP, SQL, Python, Alteryx and other tools to enhance real-time decision making and efficiency.
• Develop data-driven strategies to reduce cycle times, lower costs, and improve supply chain performance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between logistics, finance, supply chain, and IT teams.
• Present high-impact data insights to senior leadership to influence enterprise decisions.
