Job summary

RTX is seeking a remote Manager, GT Data & Automation to lead dashboards, data analyses, and data governance across Global Trade programs. You will partner with PMO, GTPS, Audit, Investigations & Disclosure, and CTM to deliver actionable insights and scalable data solutions.

The role reports to the GT PMO and requires strong experience in Power BI, SQL, ETL, and large-scale data transformation in a matrix organization. This is a U.S.-based remote position with standard RTX benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in data science/analytics with Power BI, SQL and related tools.
• OR Advanced degree with 5+ years’ experience and proficiency in the listed data tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and SharePoint environments to track KPIs and business performance.
• Collaborate with PMO, GTPS, Audit, Investigations & Disclosures and CTM to identify data needs and deliver insights.
• Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze data using statistical and mathematical methods to identify trends and insights.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
