Job summary

RTX is seeking a Manager, Global Trade Data & Automation to lead data management, dashboards, and automation initiatives from a remote location in the U.S. You will collaborate with PMO, GTPS, Audit, Investigations & Disclosure, and CTM to develop dashboards, websites, and perform data health monitoring.

Responsibilities include building KPIs dashboards, collaborating with data teams, and performing deep-dive analyses to uncover insights and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field with 8+ years in data science/engineering/analytics, including Power BI, Power Query, ETL, Data modelling, SQL, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power App, Snowflake and Databricks; OR an Advanced degree with 5+ years in these areas.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and business performance.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover improvements.
