Job summary

RTX's Digital Technology Business Execution Lead Manager in Tucson, AZ, Hybrid, leads data-driven program management for SBO and Networking & HPC. You will analyze operational and financial data, produce executive-ready reports, and work with cross-functional teams to align priorities.

The role requires a university degree or advanced degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong budgeting and KPI skills, and US citizenship.

• Strong analytical, KPI tracking, and budgeting knowledge.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across matrixed teams.
• Ability to manage multiple data streams and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and financial data and provide insights for Data Centers, Networking & HPC performance.
• Monitor KPIs such as budgets, staffing, CIP, and labor budgets.
• Develop executive-ready reports and leadership presentations.
• Coordinate and manage data calls across teams.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities.
• Support strategic and workforce planning and risk mitigation.
