Job summary

WITRON Integrated Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Technician to build and maintain reliable networks and compute environments for customer sites, with a focus on end‑to‑end infrastructure planning, installation, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include BOM creation, high‑quality documentation, and coordinating with vendors and customers to minimize downtime. The role requires travel up to 100%, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT infrastructure.
• Certifications in Cisco, Microsoft or related technologies are a plus.
• Experience with installation, migration, and upgrade of tech systems or networks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot end‑to‑end system and network issues.
• Plan network layouts for floor plans and site surveys.
• Review cabling needs and ensure standards compliance (TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC).
• Procure BOMs and manage hardware ordering with suppliers.
• Configure switches, routers, APs, PDUs, and related peripherals.
• Lead on‑site deployments with vendor oversight.
• Coordinate change windows, cutovers and migrations.
• Maintain as‑built diagrams, labeling schemas, and asset inventories.
