Job summary

WITRON is seeking an Infrastructure Technician to build and maintain networks and compute environments for our customer sites, focusing on end-to-end physical infrastructure. You will plan, install, certify, and troubleshoot cabling and hardware, coordinate with customers and vendors, and ensure minimal downtime while supporting expansion of our logistic warehouses.

Travel up to 100% locally and internationally is required, and a strong emphasis on safety, documentation, and teamwork guides

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT infrastructure.
• Cisco/Microsoft certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience installing, migrating, and upgrading technology systems or network solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end troubleshooting for systems and networks.
• Plan network layouts including IDF/MDF placement and rack elevations.
• Coordinate cabling/build tasks with subcontractors and vendors.
• Procure, configure, and test switches, routers, APs, PDUs, and UPS.
• Lead on-site deployments with vendor oversight and change management.
• Maintain as-built diagrams, labeling, test certificates and asset inventories.
