Job summary

Roehl Transport is seeking an Infrastructure Support Analyst to deliver technical support for over 500 users across 13 locations and to maintain wireless access and intranet services for our drivers. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and proactive issue resolution.

You will work with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and mobile device configurations in a 24x7 environment, installing and troubleshooting Microsoft desktop technologies, VoIP, and related hardware.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role for a recent graduate.
• Experience with desktop support and troubleshooting is a plus.
• Knowledge of Windows and Office deployments helps performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for 500+ users across 13 locations.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft desktop technologies (RDS, Office).
• Support printers, VoIP phones, and desktop/laptop hardware.
• Document issues and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
