The State of Ohio at the Columbus Developmental Center is seeking an Infrastructure Specialist Associate to provide IT end-user support, assist with installation, maintenance, and documentation, and grow into Tier II–III capabilities within a single technology domain.

Qualifications

• 18 months' combined work experience and/or training in any combination of a single technology domain.
• Or successful completion of IT Apprenticeship program at designated agency.
• Or completion of associate core program in computer science or information systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions from end users and provide technical solutions to meet business needs.
• Assist in producing reports for the center.
• Learn and assist higher-level specialists to install, configure, upgrade, and administer hardware and software in a single technology domain.
• Develop and maintain documentation.
• Provide Tier II–III customer support with training.
• Assist higher-level staff to diagnose and resolve issues.
