Job summary

Lifeline of Ohio seeks an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide tier one support for hardware, software, and network equipment. You will act as the primary contact for escalations from the help desk and triage issues to the appropriate IT resources while collaborating with the systems administration team.

You will assist with new hire onboarding, maintenance of end-user computing equipment, and training for staff on software and in-house applications.
