The Division of Information Technology Services (ITS) is responsible for the safe, efficient and responsible use of technology throughout the agency. ITS provides solutions that support DODD business.
Under general direction assists Infrastructure Specialist (IS) at assigned Developmental Centers and/or offices
Images computing devices, salvages hardware, and performs general IT work
Assists with troubleshooting networking issues
Takes directions from IS staff pertaining to IT coverage at the facility and assists with DC requests through ServiceNow tickets
Attends meetings & takes notes when needed
Performs other duties as assigned within scope of internship
