Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT support experience in a Microsoft environment required.
• Active Directory administration and permissions management experience required.
• Familiarity with Group Policy administration required.
• Networking and infrastructure troubleshooting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot escalated desktop, server, networking, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Resolve user access, permissions, and policy-related issues.
• Support server, workstation, and network hardware deployments.
• Communicate directly with clients throughout issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Tier 1 technicians and senior engineers.
• Perform basic firewall, VPN, VLAN, and network troubleshooting.
• Document ticket activity and technical resolutions.
