EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate – 1Badge Operations to lead the firm’s physical security program, overseeing access control administration, badge lifecycle, biometric readers, and secure-space governance across the real estate portfolio.

You will collaborate with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, Global Security and IT to drive governance, audits, and improvements, supporting security modernization and office renovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years in physical security operations or related fields.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Oversee access control governance and badge lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Facilities Asset Management and Global Security.
• Support security modernization initiatives and office renovations.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and audits.
