Job summary

EY is seeking to lead the Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate for the 1Badge Operations. You will oversee the 1Badge Physical Security program, governance, and biometric access controls across EY's real estate portfolio.

You will partner with Facilities, Workplace Experience, Global Security, and Technology teams to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable access management while supporting security modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years in physical security operations and access control.
• Experience with C-Cure, Lenel, or Genetec platforms.
• Strong badge management and biometric access knowledge.
• Ability to manage cross-functional partnerships and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 1Badge Physical Security team and set service standards.
• Oversee C-Cure administration and access provisioning.
• Perform access reviews and audits for compliance.
• Coordinate with Facilities Asset Management for provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Manage biometric access and secure-space authorization.
• Oversee badge reader deployments and maintenance.
• Support security projects and office renovations.
• Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
