Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program across the firm’s real estate portfolio. You will supervise the team handling access control administration, biometric readers, and secure-space governance while coordinating with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience, and Global Security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in physical security operations, access control, or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec) and governance programs.
• Strong understanding of badge management, biometric controls, and restricted-space administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Oversee administration and governance of the C-Cure access control system and provisioning of access.
• Serve as liaison between Physical Security and Facilities Asset Management (FAM).
• Oversee secure spaces, biometric access management, and restricted areas governance.
• Direct all aspects of the EY 1Badge lifecycle (issuance, activation, suspensions, deactivation).
• Coordinate deployment and maintenance of security technologies (readers, panels, CCTV-integrated environments).
• Ensure audit readiness, compliance and risk management for access controls.
• Engage with stakeholders including office leadership, Global Security, and Enterprise Technology.
