Job summary

Meta's LINCS organization seeks a Manager to lead the Security and Compliance team, guiding engineers and specialists, setting strategy, and managing a portfolio across data centers, facilities, and networks.

You will hire, develop, and retain talent, oversee security architecture, vulnerability management, incident readiness, and regulatory assurance (SOX, SOC 2, ISO). Collaboration with cross-functional teams will drive risk management and scalable security via automation and AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in infrastructure security, network security, or compliance.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Experience owning security/compliance programs end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, operating model, and roadmap for infrastructure security and compliance.
• Hire, develop, and retain engineers, build a leadership bench, and own team health.
• Oversee security architecture, vulnerability management, threat detection, incident readiness, physical security, and risk governance.
• Lead compliance across SOX, SOC 2, ISO, and IT asset controls, with regulatory assurance responsibilities.
• Prioritize portfolio against risk, growth, deadlines, and team capacity; make tradeoffs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on security requirements and resolve risks and resources.
• Sponsor tooling, automation, and AI capabilities to scale security coverage.
