Job summary

Meta’s LINCS organization seeks a Manager for Infrastructure Security and Compliance to lead engineers and specialists, defining strategy and a multi-facility portfolio across data centers, labs, and networks. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of infrastructure security, network security, enterprise compliance, or telecom security.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams including senior ICs and leads.
• Experience owning a security or compliance program end-to-end in large-scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, operating model, and roadmap for infrastructure security and compliance, report posture, audit readiness, and risks.
• Hire, develop, and retain engineers and specialists; build leadership bench; manage team health including performance, attrition, and engagement.
• Oversee security architecture, product and design reviews, vulnerability management, threat detection, incident readiness, physical security, and governance.
• Lead compliance and regulatory assurance across SOX, SOC 2, ISO, media sanitization, IT asset disposition, physical/environmental controls, and subsea systems.
• Prioritize portfolio against operational risk, infra growth, regulatory deadlines, and team capacity; make tradeoff recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on security and compliance requirements and resolve risks and resource tradeoffs.
• Sponsor tooling, automation, and AI capabilities to scale security coverage.
