Job summary

Meta is seeking a Manager of Infrastructure Security and Compliance to lead the LINCS security and compliance team. You will guide engineers and specialists, set strategy, and manage a portfolio spanning Meta's data centers, facilities, and networks.

The role requires 10+ years in infrastructure security and 5+ years of leadership, with governance across SOX, SOC 2, and ISO. This on-site Honolulu-based leadership position offers growth, impact, and a broad, critical infrastructure footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of infrastructure security, network security, enterprise compliance, or telecom security.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams including senior ICs and leads.
• Experience owning a security or compliance program end-to-end in large-scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, operating model, and roadmap for infrastructure security and compliance; report posture, audit readiness, and risks.
• Hire, develop, and retain engineers; manage team health including performance, attrition, and engagement.
• Oversee security architecture, reviews, vulnerability management, threat detection, incident readiness, physical security, and governance.
• Lead compliance across SOX, SOC 2, ISO, IT asset disposition, and environmental controls for critical infrastructure.
• Prioritize portfolio against risk, growth, deadlines, and capacity; make tradeoff recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on security requirements and resolve risks and resources.
• Sponsor tooling, automation, and AI capabilities to scale security coverage.
