Meta in Madison is seeking a Manager, Infrastructure Security and Compliance to lead the LINCS Security and Compliance team. You will guide engineers, set strategy, and manage a portfolio spanning Meta's infrastructure across data centers and facilities.

You will own security architecture, audits, and regulatory programs (SOX, SOC 2, ISO), while driving automation and AI-enabled security coverage to scale with growth. This role demands strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent required.
• 10+ years in infrastructure security, network security, enterprise compliance, or telecom security.
• 5+ years leading technical teams including senior ICs and leads.
• Experience owning a security or compliance program end-to-end in large-scale infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Own strategy, operating model, and roadmap for infrastructure security and compliance.
• Hire, develop, and retain engineers and specialists; build leadership bench.
• Oversee security architecture, vulnerability management, threat detection, and incident readiness.
• Lead compliance across SOX, SOC 2, ISO, IT asset disposition, and physical controls.
• Prioritize portfolio against risk, growth, deadlines, and team capacity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align security requirements.
• Sponsor tooling, automation, and AI to scale security coverage.
