Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in infrastructure/network security or enterprise compliance.
• 5+ years managing technical teams including senior ICs and leads.
• Experience owning security/compliance programs end-to-end in large-scale infra.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, operating model, and roadmap for infrastructure security and compliance.
• Hire, develop, and retain engineers and specialists; manage team health and engagement.
• Oversee security architecture, threat detection, incident readiness, and risk governance.
• Lead compliance across SOX, SOC 2, ISO, IT asset disposition, and physical controls.
• Prioritize portfolio against risk, growth, deadlines, and team capacity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on security requirements and risks.
• Sponsor tooling, automation, and AI to scale security coverage.
