Job summary

Meta’s LINCS organization seeks a Manager to lead the Security and Compliance team overseeing infrastructure security and compliance across data centers, facilities, and networks.

You will hire, develop engineers, own strategy, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive audit readiness and risk mitigation while advancing AI-enabled security initiatives.

This senior role requires deep experience in security programs and regulatory frameworks such as SOX, SOC 2, and ISO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years in infrastructure security, network security, enterprise compliance, or telecom security
• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams
• Experience owning a security or compliance program end-to-end in a large-scale environment

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, operating model, and roadmap for infrastructure security and compliance, report posture and risks
• Hire, develop, and retain engineers and specialists, manage team health and engagement
• Oversee security architecture, reviews, vulnerability management, threat detection, and incident readiness
• Lead compliance and regulatory assurance across SOX, SOC 2, ISO, and IT asset controls
• Prioritize portfolio against risk and growth, and manage tradeoffs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on security requirements and resolve tradeoffs
• Sponsor tooling, automation, and AI capabilities to scale security coverage
