Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program, overseeing badge lifecycle, biometric access, and restricted-space governance across EY offices.

You will liaise with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience, Global Security, and technology teams to ensure secure, compliant access management while supporting security modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in security-related field.
• 5–8+ years in physical security operations and access control.
• Experience with enterprise access systems such as C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the EY 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Oversee administration and governance of the access control system (C-Cure).
• Coordinate with Facilities Asset Management and other stakeholders on access provisioning.
• Manage badge lifecycle, biometric access, and secure-space administration.
• Support internal and external audits and compliance related to physical security.
