Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of related experience in preconstruction or project management.
• Proven ability to lead large estimates and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage estimating process and timelines to meet objectives, short- and long-term.
• Provide leadership, direction, and training for all estimators.
• Assist with design and selection of system components and coordinate with PM for hand-off.
• Review invites to bid, assess scope and documents, and determine projects to pursue.
• Oversee bid packages, labor projections, and financial projections across groups.
