Job summary

Royal Electric is seeking a Project Manager to support infrastructure projects in California. The role sits in Sacramento or Pleasanton and requires leading projects from preconstruction to closeout, maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a relevant field with 5+ years of related experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with project controls and design-build processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of related experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with construction plans, specs, and cost controls

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, owners, and vendors.
• Lead from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Coordinate between field operations and preconstruction teams.
• Review documents, prepare RFIs, and manage budget tracking.
• Create and manage subcontracts ensuring scope clarity and risk control.
• Monitor procurement, scheduling, and change orders to protect project value.
