Royal Electric Company in Santa Cruz/Monterey, CA is seeking a Project Manager to support multifamily, commercial, and distribution projects. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with field operations and estimators to maintain schedules and budgets.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and construction software. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience.
Must understand the entire construction process from design to project close-out.
Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with General Contractors, Project Owners, Subcontractors, and vendors.
Be the point person from preconstruction phase to project closeout.
Delegate tasks to team members and ensure understanding of the project.
Coordinate between Field Operations and Preconstruction and implement the project plan.
Review construction documents for inconsistencies and develop RFIs.
