WSP USA is looking for a Project Financial Advisor to support the Transportation and Infrastructure business line in Seattle. You will partner with project managers to drive profitability, forecast accuracy, and financial controls, while ensuring compliance with company policies.

The role requires strong project finance experience in professional services or engineering contexts, with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver actionable financial insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• CPA/CMA/ACCA/CGA or equivalent designation preferred.
• 3-5 years of project accounting/finance experience in engineering, construction, or professional services.
• Strong understanding of project financial management, forecasting, budgeting, revenue recognition, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers to support financial success of projects.
• Guide project setup: budgets, WBS, billing methods, and rates.
• Review financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Support forecasting, revenue recognition, and profitability management.
• Analyze labor utilization, costs, and margins to improve performance.
