WSP is seeking a Manager, Management Consultancy in the Transaction and Delivery Strategy group. The ideal candidate will be based in a major US city and work with the US Advisory Services Team to guide infrastructure projects through planning, delivery and operation.

Responsibilities include advising on procurement strategies, developing procurement documents, and coordinating with owners, engineers, and financial professionals to optimize delivery and compliance with federal programs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in relevant field.
• 7+ years’ experience in directly relevant endeavors.
• Experience with drinking water and wastewater projects.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Authorization to immediately work in the United States.
• Graduate degree in relevant field (P.E., M.S., J.D., M.B.A., Ph. D) (preferred).
• Knowledge of federal procurement and environmental law is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Guiding infrastructure owners through planning, delivery and operation of major infrastructure projects.
• Advising owners on procurement strategies and alternative delivery methods.
• Interfacing with project owners to determine goals and constraints.
• Developing procurement documents for alternative delivery projects (RFI, RFQ, RFP).
• Advising clients through procurement to engage design–build–operate entities.
