Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a senior advisory professional to lead asset management projects across transit, highways, water, energy and more. You will drive strategic planning, data governance and lifecycle cost analyses while mentoring junior staff.

The role focuses on governing asset data, developing plans, and delivering client-focused, value-driven solutions to improve performance and reduce risk across infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Transportation Planning, Operations Research or closely related discipline.
• 10+ years of post-education experience performing similar work.
• Experience working as a consultant managing delivery of complex asset management projects.
• Experience in strategic, planning, operational or technology related asset management aspects in infrastructure sectors.
• Experience developing asset hierarchies, data standards, definitions and data dictionaries for EAM System implementation.
• Experience pursuing new business opportunities, developing technical proposals and winning work.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills both in person and remote.
• High quality standards with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills with asset performance and lifecycle cost analysis.
• Understanding of ISO55001 and its implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and pursue strategic consulting services including maintenance, technology, asset data, organization and process improvements.
• Lead implementation of asset management improvement initiatives with multidisciplinary client teams.
• Develop asset management plans, facility condition assessments, and lifecycle cost analyses.
• Contribute to staffing needs and staff engagement.
• Lead business development activities, proposals, and marketing with the team.
• Maintain quality standards of existing services and client relationships.
• Provide leadership to mentor junior staff and develop technical skills.
