Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in project delivery leadership.
• Experience in enterprise-level leadership of project delivery or operational transformation.
• Strong understanding of contractual frameworks and project lifecycles.
• Proven ability to provide commercial judgment in high-risk situations.
• Experience partnering with Legal, Operations, Finance, and Business Development.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.
• Ability and willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership for commercial strategy, pricing discipline, and governance across the Transportation portfolio with a focus on margin preservation.
• Own and lead pricing strategy for priority and high-risk pursuits, including price-to-win development.
• Set strategic vision for delivery function and oversee cross-functional initiatives.
• Oversee implementation of project delivery standards and alignment across functions and markets.
• Direct enterprise-wide programs for delivery of process improvement, compliance, and tool adoption.
• Partner with Strategic Growth, Legal, and Business Line leadership for go/no-go decisions.
• Lead and support bid reviews, contract reviews, and readiness reviews.
