WSP USA seeks a Senior Vice President to lead the Investor & Transaction Advisory team and shape the future success of the Advisory and Planning group. The candidate should have broad transport and energy sector experience and a proven track record in leading transaction & commercial assignments, managing teams, and working with investors and lenders.

The role requires clear understanding of civil infrastructure funding/financing, strong regulatory and economic insights, and ability to deliver

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business finance, engineering or related disciplines.
• 15+ years of relevant post-education experience in management consulting, client advisory, or owner capacity.
• Demonstrable track record of delivering due diligence in Transportation and/or Energy sectors in the last 5 years.
• Experience in managing teams and coordinating delivery of workstreams to tight deadlines.
• Strong spoken and written English; additional languages desirable.
• Ability to develop client-facing relationships with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Leading teams and advising clients on integrated commercial, technical and transaction advisory assignments in Transportation, Energy and related sectors.
• Developing and managing client relationships and pursuing opportunities.
• Representing WSP at client meetings with strong client-management skills.
• Leading analysis and producing high-quality reports that convey complex issues clearly.
• Coordinating project teams and supporting management and development of the wider team.
