Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree and 13-19 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams (geotechnical, civil, structural, seismic, process, mechanical, electrical, environmental).
• Advanced knowledge of industry construction methods and procedures.
• Demonstrated safety, ES&H and quality management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and contractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversees total site management of Infrastructure GBU scope, including supervision of craft personnel, field engineering, cost and schedule, procurement, and accounting services.
• Coordinates project contractual activities and supports budgets, subcontracts, and vendor scopes of work.
• Oversees jobsite expenditures and ensures field operations stay within budget.
• Supports design development and suggests economical construction details for drawings and specs.
• Identifies potential issues using past experience with support from construction groups.
• Reviews and facilitates logistics plans and supply chain packaging/management for the project.
• Develops field organization and construction equipment plans with construction support.
• Interfaces with coordinators and Engineering groups to optimize construction methods.
• Establishes field procedures within corporate policies and project conditions.
• Participates in cost estimates, budgets, forecasts and schedule preparation.
