Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) seeks an experienced IT Operations professional to manage 24x7 infrastructure support across production and non-production environments. You will apply analytics to improve service, availability and customer interactions, while handling incident resolution and issues escalated by vendors.

You will also transition knowledge from design/build teams and oversee supplier performance management to ensure stable, scalable and secure operations in a complex

Competenze

• Bachelor degree and 2 years in Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 4 year Information Technology experience OR 6 years Information Technology experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL v3 framework.
• Knowledge of ITSM systems.
• Knowledge of infrastructure technologies including monitoring and event management.
• Experience with UC/Collaboration and Executive Support, including mobile devices.
• Experience with Mainframe and Mainframe Storage (z/OS, CICS, VSAM, etc.).
• Experience with Compute, DBMS, Storage, Middleware (Server, OS, Virtualization, Container tech).
• Experience with Network, Voice, Call Center and Network (data and voice) technologies.
• Supplier management and infrastructure domain knowledge.
• Incident management, RCA and continuous improvement.
• Customer service oriented, adaptable, and able to manage change.
• Performance/metrics-driven decision making.
