Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a skilled IT Operations professional to manage 24x7 infrastructure support across production and non-production environments. You will use analytics to improve service levels, incident resolution, and customer interactions, while coordinating with design/build teams for knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or technical certification with IT experience requirements as described.
• Knowledge of ITIL v3 and ITSM systems is required.
• Experience across infrastructure tech incl compute, storage, networks, and mainframe.
• Strong vendor and incident/problem management skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Handle 24x7 IT Operations Infrastructure Support for production and non-production environments.
• Utilize analytics to improve service, availability, and customer interactions.
• Resolve incidents and escalate with vendors; transition knowledge from design/build teams.
• Manage supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in operations.
