Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation in Nashville seeks an Infra Svc Del Analyst to manage 24x7 infrastructure operations across production and non-production environments. You will analyze incidents, drive improvements, and collaborate with design/build teams to ensure service continuity.

Applicants should have ITIL ITSM experience, strong vendor management, and a background in mainframe and network technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 2 years in IT OR 4 year IT experience OR 6 years IT experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL v3 framework.
• Knowledge of ITSM systems.
• Experience with Mainframe technologies (z/OS, CICS, VSAM).
• Experience with Compute, DBMS, Storage, Middleware, including Server OS, Virtualization, and Container technologies.
• Experience with Network, Voice, Call Center technologies.
• Supplier management and infrastructure domain knowledge.
• Strong problem solving and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Handle 24x7 operations infrastructure support for production and non-production environments.
