Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a Lead Business Consultant to bridge technology delivery and business operations, aligning IT initiatives with the division's strategy. You will lead enterprise-wide efforts, coordinate initiatives, manage vendors, and engage business partners while interfacing with senior leadership.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, execution capability, and the ability to drive complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher with 7–11 years in PM, BA, process improvement, strategic planning or healthcare functions.
Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
Experience interpreting business and financial information.
Verbal and written communications skills with senior management across divisions.
Experience developing and delivering executive-level presentations.
Experience managing multiple complex projects in a matrix environment.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring of teams.

Responsibilities

Align IT divisional efforts with the enterprise/divisional strategy.
Prioritize, analyze, plan and execute IT strategies to support the business plan.
Coordinate day-to-day activities of enterprise-wide initiatives and vendor relationships.
Engage business partners and serve as a liaison between partner teams and executives.
Communicate with senior and executive leadership and prepare senior-level presentations.
