Job summary

Meta's LINCS organization seeks a manager to lead the Security and Compliance team. You will lead engineers and specialists, set strategy, and manage a portfolio spanning Meta's infrastructure.

The role emphasizes security architecture, regulatory assurance, audit readiness, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to scale security using automation and AI, addressing SOX, SOC 2, ISO, and IT asset controls across data centers and networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of infrastructure security, network security, enterprise compliance, or telecommunications security.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams, including senior ICs and tech leads.
• Experience owning a security or compliance program end-to-end in a large-scale environment.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, operating model, and roadmap for infrastructure security and compliance.
• Hire, develop, and retain engineers; manage team health and engagement.
• Oversee security architecture, reviews, vulnerability management, and incident readiness.
• Lead compliance across SOX, SOC 2, ISO and physical/IT controls.
• Prioritize portfolio against risk, growth, and regulatory deadlines.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on security requirements and tradeoffs.
• Sponsor tooling, automation, and AI to scale security coverage.
