Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 10+ years in infrastructure security, network security, enterprise compliance, or telecommunications security.
• 5+ years managing technical teams, including senior engineers/leads.
• Experience owning security/compliance programs end-to-end in large-scale infra.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, operating model, and roadmap for infrastructure security and compliance.
• Hire, develop, and retain engineers and specialists; manage team health and performance.
• Oversee security architecture, vulnerability management, threat detection, and incident readiness.
• Lead compliance across SOX, SOC 2, ISO, media sanitization, IT asset disposition, and physical controls.
• Prioritize portfolio against risk, growth, deadlines, and team capacity; make trade-off recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on security/compliance requirements and resolve tradeoffs.
• Sponsor tooling, automation, and AI to scale security coverage.
