Meta’s LINCS organization is seeking a Manager, Infrastructure Security and Compliance to lead engineers and specialists, set strategy, and manage a portfolio spanning Meta’s infrastructure. The role reports on posture, audits, and risks while guiding regulatory assurance and security architecture.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 10+ years in infrastructure security or enterprise compliance, plus 5+ years of leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of infrastructure/network security or enterprise compliance.
• 5+ years of managing technical teams, including senior ICs.
• End-to-end program ownership in large-scale infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, operating model, and roadmap for infrastructure security and compliance.
• Hire, develop, and retain engineers and specialists and manage team health.
• Oversee security architecture, reviews, vulnerability management, and risk governance.
• Lead compliance across SOX, SOC 2, ISO, and IT asset controls.
• Prioritize portfolio against risk, growth, and regulatory deadlines.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on security needs and risks.
• Sponsor tooling, automation, and AI to scale security coverage.
