Job summary

Meta's LINCS organization seeks a manager to lead the Security and Compliance team overseeing an extensive portfolio of infrastructure security across data centers, networks, and facilities. You will guide engineers, set strategy, and drive audit readiness with a focus on scalable security practices.

The role requires a strong background in security leadership, regulatory compliance, and a track record of delivering end-to-end programs in large-scale environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level technical degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 10+ years in infrastructure security, network security, or enterprise compliance.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams, including senior ICs.
• Experience owning security/compliance programs end-to-end in large-scale infra.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, operating model, and roadmap for infrastructure security and compliance.
• Hire, develop, and retain engineers; manage team health and performance.
• Oversee security architecture, threat detection, incident readiness, and governance.
• Lead compliance across SOX, SOC 2, ISO, IT asset disposition, and physical controls.
• Prioritize portfolio against risk, growth, deadlines, and capacity; make tradeoffs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on security/compliance requirements.
• Sponsor tooling, automation, and AI to scale security coverage.
