Job summary

Responsibilities

Own strategy, operating model, and roadmap for infra security and compliance.
Hire and develop engineers; manage team health and engagement.
Oversee security architecture, vulnerability management, and incident readiness.
Lead compliance across SOX, SOC 2, ISO, and IT asset controls.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align security and compliance needs.
