Job summary

Digital Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Infra) for a client project in Pontiac, MI. The BA will work across Infrastructure Services including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP, and Service Center teams to analyze requirements and design technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong data analytics, ServiceNow integration experience, and proficiency with M365, with additional experience in RFPs and contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB discovery, Webex).
• Strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite.
• Data analytics experience; Contracts and RFPs experience a plus.
• Telecommunications Expense Management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and design solutions, write technical requirements, and test/implement technology solutions.
• Work across Infrastructure Services including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP and Service Center teams.
• Conduct research and create procedures to improve existing systems; provide training and user support.
• Prepare Request for Proposals and define Contract Scope of Deliverables.
