Job title: IT Admin / Field Service Technician

Location: COOSA PINES, AL

Duration: Long term contract, currently 3 days onsite, trying to get approval for full-time (8-5 or 7-4)

The IT Admin – FST provides Tier 1 and 2 support for the corporate network, including manufacturing, converting, and distribution facilities, and local PCN-OT environment support at mills. This high visibility role ensures end-user satisfaction and uninterrupted manufacturing processes.

Must-Haves:

2 years of work experience as an IT Admin or Field Service Technician
Strong knowledge of IT networking concepts.
Experience in Active Directory Management, MS Server environment, system monitoring, and common operating systems (Windows, VMware, Linux).
Must be okay with manufacturing environment / mill ; on the floor

Plus: Experience in a manufacturing / mill environment

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
