I am seeking an IT Recruiter with a deep technical foundation — ideally a former IT Consultant who has successfully transitioned into recruiting. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of hands-on technical experience and full-cycle recruiting expertise across both agency and in-house environments.

Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
Source, screen, and interview high-caliber IT professionals across software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and emerging technology verticals
Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job intake and candidate engagement through offer negotiation and onboarding
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking, referrals, and creative sourcing channels
Consult with corporate leadership on talent market trends, salary data, and hiring best practices
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while upholding the company’s employment brand

Ideal Qualifications

Former IT Consultant or hands-on technical professional strongly preferred
3+ years of IT recruitment experience in both agency and corporate/in-house settings
Proven success filling technical roles (developers, engineers, architects, analysts, etc.)
Ability to speak “tech” with hiring managers and candidates; understands SDLC, infrastructure environments, and cloud technologies
Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills
Motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
