Akkodis is seeking a junior IT professional to support day-to-day technical operations in a data center environment in Council Bluffs, IA. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of IT experience or relevant internship experience.

You'll provide basic IT support, assist with hardware and software setup, and help document work while collaborating with a team to keep systems running smoothly. Local onsite work is required.

Job description

Akkodis is seeking a junior-level IT professional to support day-to-day technical operations in a data center environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of IT experience or relevant internship/entry-level experience.

The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of computers, hardware, software, Windows systems, and general IT support. Candidates with experience in technical support, desktop support, computer maintenance, or similar IT-related work are encouraged to apply.

Pay Range: $21 - $23.58/hr on W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
