Akkodis is seeking a junior-level IT professional to support day-to-day technical operations in a data center environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of IT experience or relevant internship/entry-level experience.

The position offers on-site work in The Dalles, OR, with a pay range of $21–$23.58 per hour on W2, and opportunities to grow into broader IT support duties as you develop.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help identify and resolve basic technical issues.
• Follow standard IT and data center procedures.
• Document work and update tickets; work with team daily.

Akkodis is seeking a junior-level IT professional to support day-to-day technical operations in a data center environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of IT experience or relevant internship/entry-level experience.

The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of computers, hardware, software, Windows systems, and general IT support. Candidates with experience in technical support, desktop support, computer maintenance, or similar IT-related work are encouraged to apply.

Pay Range: $21 - $23.58/hr on W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
