Provide hands on support for Navy information systems, networks, and communication equipment, ensuring reliable and secure operations.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and repair of hardware, software, workstations, and peripheral devices.
Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
Support the configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of network devices including switches, routers, and communication equipment.
Participate in routine server maintenance tasks, system updates, and patching activities as directed by senior IT personnel.
Deliver user support and basic training to help personnel effectively use systems and tools.
Monitor system and network performance, reporting anomalies or potential issues to senior staff.
Document system configurations, maintenance activities, troubleshooting steps, and issue resolution in accordance with contract and Navy standards.
Follow established security protocols to protect data integrity, ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements, and support incident reporting practices.
