Job Title Information Clerk I - C Pay Rate Min to Mid Range $17.55 - $20.18 Time Type Full time Summary Under direct supervision, is responsible for answering Tax Office questions from the general public; updates mailing addresses; mails forms and tax receipts; forwards returned mail, files change of address cards and undeliverable tax statements; prepares estimated tax calculations; researches requests; notifies customers of process delays or denials; routes specialized license plates; and performs related duties as required.
Working conditions are inside an office environment Physical requirements include lifting/carrying 10-20 lbs. occasionally Occasionally; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate computer keyboard, 10-key adding machine, and basic office equipment.
