Adhesive Media, a Miami-based influencer marketing agency, is hiring an Influencer Partnerships Associate to pitch and close sponsorship deals between our YouTubers and sponsors. You will focus on top sponsors, growing key relationships, and communicating daily with creators to drive revenue and growth.

We value a highly organized, tech-savvy candidate who can manage Airtable, Notion, Asana, and Google Sheets, and who can thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of work experience in Influencer Partnerships, PM, Customer Service, or Operations.
• Experience with brand partnerships or sponsorships is preferred but learnable.
• Strong organization and responsiveness with sponsors and creators.

Aufgaben

• Deal Making: Close $250K/mo of YouTube Sponsorship Deals.
• Build Relationships with Key YouTubers to pitch their channels for Brand Deals.
• Grow 7-10 Key Brand Relationships to be consistent spenders with our Roster of Creators.
• Keep databases (Airtable, Google Sheets) and project management tools updated; implement process improvements for efficiency.
