Adhesive Media, a Miami-based influencer marketing agency, seeks an Influencer Partnerships Associate to pitch and close sponsorship deals between top YouTubers and sponsors. The role focuses on growing key sponsor relationships, managing daily communications, and driving multi‑thousand dollar campaigns.

Ideal candidates will be highly organized, technically adept with tools like Airtable and Asana, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, remote-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years work experience in Influencer Partnerships, Project Management, Customer Service, Operations, or similar fields.

Responsabilités

• Build Relationships with Key YouTubers to pitch their channels for Brand Deals.
• Grow 7-10 Key Brand Relationships to be consistent spenders with our Roster of Creators.
• Negotiate & Close Hundreds of Influencer Deals per month.
• Client-facing email communication between YouTubers & Sponsors.
• Provide an exceptional experience for creators and brands, focused on speedy, high engagement, and transparent communication.
• Keep databases updated in Airtable/Google Sheets and project tools updated.
