Qualifications

• 3-5 years in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Proven ability to source, negotiate, and manage campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and ROI.
• Experience negotiating pricing and usage rights with creators.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end influencer recruitment, partnerships, and relationships.
• Independently source and vet creators across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest).
• Lead outreach, briefs, pitches, and negotiations with creators and agencies.
• Plan, launch, report, and optimize influencer campaigns with timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate content development, approvals, and posting schedules.
• Own performance tracking, insights, and optimization recommendations.
